Should you as a customer have suggestions or feedback for us or if there are matters you wish to complain about, we encourage you to contact us directly via email at info@by-expressen.dk. Feel free to include ‘feedback’ or ‘complaint’ in the subject field. These inquiries have the highest priority for us and we will aim to answer you the same day.

When reviewing our log book for 2023, nothing was found regarding irregularities with postal transport that are not in accordance with our terms of business. The log book is reviewed regularly to ensure a high level of service.
